I've found that they support creative avenues for career growth and empower individuals with a proven track record to create their own stretch opportunities. Sometimes a cautious, measured approach to decision making has been viewed as non-supportive of change, but that is fundamentally incorrect. Under new corporate ownership, the refreshed leadership team is truly building a robust, sustainable business that rewards the right values and directs resources to building long lasting client solutions.
Cons
Career progression is still easier for people on a management track, rather than committed analysts trying to become true subject matter experts.
