The work is interesting and great, smart colleagues

Cons

Pay is below industry standard. Company strategy focused on next 3 months, not 10 years. The laser focus on profits, rather than growth, is making WM fall behind competitors. EVPs and management are not supportive of current employees and are rapidly focusing on offshoring to India and AI automation. Culture has become toxic since private equity ownership took over from previous corporate owner. The continuous focus on cutting benefits, personnel and costs is leading to a toxic environment.
