      Good life work balance and general understanding of needs

      Cons

      Management do not like confrontation. Will place blame on you if you speak up to try and improve things and make it affect your personal growth/review. Need better onboarding practices General systems and working practices need extensive review

      The company doesnot have a proper system. People are unnecessarily criticised and intentionally tainted for growth of some. False informationis spread and some people form groups and conspire. Not a place to work for long. Even though work and learning is good, continuous judgement, lack of team and bonding, selfishness of people for personal growth is going to damage the reputation
