      Very smart and kind coworkers 5 weeks vacation Good work/life balance Industry leader Decent pay

      Cons

      Departments are very competitive and toxic to one another, even though they should be working together to better the company. Leadership is dysfunctional at times, which turns into a very unorganized vision day to day. A lot of processes and information lives inside individual heads, making onboarding and learning the WoodMac process an absolute nightmare.
