      Pros

      Depending on the area, work can be quite interesting and good for long-term career growth. Lots of good people in the org.

      Cons

      Tons of bitter, unproductive politics at the higher levels. Leadership as a whole is dysfunctional and not empowered to succeed. New PE company slashing costs and losing talent.

      The office is still (just about) standing

      Cons

      Everything! Since the takeover, we have been ripped apart. Our data teams were offshored to India and as a result the data quality is a joke and we have little direct communication with the DAs. Snr Management are clearly looking at other ways to minimise costs which is fine normally, but they are only thinking short term. Once all the DAs and RAs are located in low cost countries all our knowledge and respect will be gone. The clients won't want anything to do with us!
