      Pros

      At my time at the company, there was very caring management and easy to communicate and learn from everyone regardless of levels.

      Cons

      The company has been bought out by private equity and has off-loaded most of its engineers to India - take that as you will. They're way too focused on agile development and focus on sprints to track metrics. Instead of focusing on building a product you have to work on maintaining and making sure ONLY sprint targets are hit, meaning if you finish all the sprint goals before the deadline you are no allowed to pick up new work before the deadline.

      Pros

      Generally most people are nice to work with, the benefits package is fairly comprehensive.

      Cons

      The company seemingly has no interest in retaining or promoting talent, It seems their ideal employee is someone who is just about capable but is willing to be over worked and under appreciated, with little to no ambition to progress beyond their current role. There's an incredibly clear trend showing this attitude where someone who is talented and driving their area of the business forward leaves because they've been repeatedly denied the promotion/salary increase/recognition/role expansion they deserve. The company then panics to hire their replacement with the exact package and remit the incumbent had requested after struggling to recruit months and months after they left.
