      good time off, prayer is encouraged, good people in the mix. the development work in the field is solid good.

      Cons

      high politics and bad managers have behaviors enabled on passive aggresive actions and repress all staff without many option to say anything without them coming back and trying to get you out. to apply for other job you have to tell your manager that is bad for you in your job and then they get you out and you have no one to go to without makeing in worse.
