Don't be greedy, you can find a better job, doesn't worth the payment
Pros
Salaries isn't bad and is supossed you can work remotely
Cons
Well this applies for World Vision Venezuela. Payment doesn't worth to work here. Toxic enviroment with a false religion-oriented screenie, most people don't belive in God and their actions are simply evil. Managers put obstacles or discard any outstanding inciatives. No opportunities to grow. All areas are shortstaffed. You won't have training for your possition, no matter which is. You won't be taught in company's system ussage. You won't get the necessary tools to make your job, or will got them months after you enter the company. They never have enought budget for anything but for high-management to waste it. I've seen people enter the organization and have their contracts cancelled without knowing what exactly was their role in the company, neither getting their tools for work. HR fires people without notice, they just block their corporate mails and access to the systems. They do not comply mandatory notice in venezuelan laws, neither allow workers quitting to do so. They will treat you like a convict if you quit. They don't pay extra hour but always try to force you to work overtime, schedule meetings in luch time or afterhours, even makes you work on weekends without payment. HR will do anything for workers won't take their compensation days by policy or law. HR chief will tell you to quit for any complain and discard all improvement sugestions.
