      Pros

      World Vision is a truly global organization, so if you would like to get exposure to some specific context, it is highly likely that WV will have an operation there and therefore they will hire for that location. WV pay is in the sector's middle.

      Cons

      Extremely top down, policy and practice often do not align to each other, staff care is just words. Complicated lines of command. Management oversight is superficial
