Pros
Work is relatively easy. Work life balance. Nice and supportive people, at least in my team. Work is benefiting vulnerable communities.
Cons
It can be too boring. Sometimes I have to do my work slow enough to drag it on for the entire week. If you’re a young professional looking to grow your career, look away! Leadership team changes priorities and strategies every now and then without consulting the employees who are doing the ground work. Constant restructure and redundancy.
