      Pros

      - Strong Christian ethos - Honorable mission and vision - Supportive colleagues - Good place to work if you are hoping to stay at the same place, doing the same job for a very long time

      Cons

      - Lack of career perspectives in small office, promotion usually happens with seniority or if you know right people - Changes are rolling in very slow - Poor line management - Poor work/life balance - no back fill causing expectation to work 24/7 (global hours) and during holidays
