      Pros

      Amazing colleagues who care and are dedicated to the mission. I love being able to make a difference and help with impact Globally. I appreciate the work/life balance and working at a faith-based organization.

      Cons

      Pay is awful with no real opportunities for career growth unless you're a favorite with certain Sr. Leadership and their direct reports. It's disappointing when you work so hard and get compensated so little for your time and efforts.
