Field footprint, the scale of programs, the impact for the world's most vulnerable.

Cons

It's biggest advantage and hinderance is child sponsorship. The organization is struggling to adapt in the non-for-for profit market, to move beyond mass-market audience to develop philanthropic, industry and institutional partners. Needs more sustainable fundraising, innovation, social ventures. Currently has an unsustainable/unsophisticated fundraising strategy in many regions.
