      Highly motivating cause, opportunities for growth and development such as exceptional in-house leadership training for talent. Sense of purpose to work for impact for children. High value placed on people and excellent systems and infrastructure

      Cons

      Virtual and global nature can mean difficult hours depending on your time zone. Tendency to overload able employees but improving staff care is clearly a priority.
