      Very large and well rooted organization. Direct community level work in most countries

      Cons

      Although its faith based identity is con for some people I have not found this to be a problem at all even as a non-Christian staff.

      Positive, Christian work environment of professionals working as part of a World wide partnership focused on addressing the root causes of poverty and improving the lives of the poor across the globe.

      Cons

      Given the ramifications to the poor when we aren't doing well, it can be a stressful work environment.
