      Work colleagues are best reason to work for World Vision. Great mission and does makes a difference in most communities.

      Cons

      Massive lay-offs for the last year or so. Unstable future since they are hemorrhaging money. World Vision keeps management staff that belittle and degrade their reporting staff even when there are solid complaints.
