flexible work arrangements; good overall NGO benefits; good and friendly staff

Cons

staff is geographically disbursed and it can be very lonely to work out of the DC office; frequent staffing and structural adjustments due to budget challenges; operational structure is not always in line with overall organizational strategy

Very family friendly atmosphere where their Christian Commitment is evident through basic work and Chapels/devotion times offered.

Cons

They have a few policies that have been changed within attendance. This is the silly part, in turn if you are out for any reason for some time in the year, you are out.
