9yA full life for every child--it's such an empowering thing that resonates through all of our goals, staff members and drives the good work we do around the globe. Thanks for recognizing this and your honest critique of where we can improve as an organization. Although we do have a full department dedicated to talent development and staff training, we recognize the need to make this more accessible to more staff and continue fostering our talent from within.
