      Pros

      World vision is an international NGO with amazing people. The work is fun as a communicator I had to write stories about Syrian refugee households, continuously update the proposals for donors and communications strategy, also took care of all visibility items for donor compliance.

      Cons

      World vision is a little bit disorganized, however the pros definitely outweigh the cons here!

      There is the Christian element in its management and goals in the long term and base its beliefs in Christianity. Always have its belief in directing their goals and purpose

      Cons

      Too many silos in between departments and there is insufficient communication and collaboration among different entities within the organization as each is trying to look after its own existence and purpose first
