      An organisation who values people and demonstrates this professionally and compassionately Great teamwork - it felt like I was working with my best mates Truly inspirational gracious people

      Cons

      For me it was that is was located in East Burwood as I lived on the other side of town. This wouldn't be a con for everyone though.

      Pros

      Work life balance is fairly good. They invest in training for employees hence great for development. Small teams hence greater cohesion and teamwork. Good leave options and a good working environment.

      Cons

      Sometimes the culture that's rooted in Faith/religious beliefs can be used negatively to sweep discontent under the rug.
