Pros

Strong and ethical values, great social teaching, great atmosphere and family like environment, great knowledge sharing amongst peers. The place to be if you want to know how you can contribute towards poverty reduction and use your skills to help the less fortunate.

Cons

As a big organisation bureaucracy at times slows decision making on important project or programming issues affecting implementation and at times stressing out the community that is meant to be served.

1. Christian, Nonprofit, Humanitarian, Large NGO/International, 2. Daily Devotion Times + Weekly Chapel Gatherings, 3. Competitive Pay + Great Benefits, 4. Diverse Learning Opportunities + Resources (if taken advantage of)

Cons

1. Many employees only nominally "Christians" at best (obviously too difficult to really measure by legal standards) 2. Leadership needs more training and accountability methods to remain consistent with company/departmental policies, procedures, etc...
