      Serve God in a Christian Non-Profit, wonderful staff, grass-roots org structure, lots of changes lately.

      Cons

      Decentralized management (federated org structure), if you are mission oriented (at the expense of your own personal career and monetary compensation) then this is the right job for you.

      Great teams to work with. One can easily get support, and the explanations of the strategic direction is great. Efforts are made to ensure all folks at different levels can articulate the strategic direction

      Cons

      Terrible pay when you think about the work done. There is no transparency when it comes to pay. One can be denied a salary in a given grade saying it does not fit, and another employee in the same grade does earn more than what another was denied. I have witnessed this first hand
