      Large organization doing great work around the world with opportunities for growth. Good work life balance. Opportunities to obtain additional education and education. Good pay and benefits package - especially for non profit work.

      Can be high stress with change and continual change/growth of the work.

      Pros

      Faith based, good relational atmosphere, I was given lots of opportunities for learning which was a great help for getting my next job.

      Cons

      Because it is faith-based, it can be a bit narrow-minded in its approach, depending on the overriding office culture such as leaning more towards one Christian perspective than another.
