      Pros

      Faith based, good relational atmosphere, I was given lots of opportunities for learning which was a great help for getting my next job.

      Cons

      Because it is faith-based, it can be a bit narrow-minded in its approach, depending on the overriding office culture such as leaning more towards one Christian perspective than another.

      Pros

      Managers were around and easy to talk to. It wasn't hard to talk to them about issues. Hourly pay was better than average.

      Cons

      Customers were often very difficult, oftentimes they were not satisfied with the product. They would usually come back and complain.
