Pros

This review is just on the annual bonus's: YE review's usually lead to some sort of increase.

Cons

After receiving one of the highest ratings possible, my bonus was literally $1.25.

Pros

- Good to work with most people that are like-minded and want to make the world a better plance, humanitarians, Christian Non Profit - The work is somehow direct or indirectly affecting the people that are being helped, globally. - Devotionals, and prayer are mostly part of meetings, even with a One Global Day of Prayer. October 1 - Benefits are good (in US at least).

Cons

A lot of fluid definitions of job roles, many postings mention you must be comfortable with this. If you need specific tasks pay attention to what you are signing up for. There is good and bad in this approach. Low pay.
