Pros

At the Global Center, colleagues are very kind and considerate. No competitive energy among team members. Easy to work at WV, and easy to get opportunities to grow.

Cons

People are overwhelmed and struggle to manage their time or have boundaries, as in all INGOs/humanitarian organizations. Must feel comfortable engaging in devotionals or sometimes being asked to pray.
