      Majority of my colleagues are kind and passionate of what they do. I also appreciated how we nurture our faith as we grow in the company.

      Cons

      In the Global Center Manila context, there is not much opportunity to advance in your career. Merit increases are very minimal and there is not much difference between a non-performing and performing staff. It can be very bearucratic.
