      Pros

      Working at World Vision is great! I love my job and find purpose in this work. I find my work invigorating and fulfilling. I really value the mission and faith-based dynamic of working for a top Christian employer. I love the daily HR devo time we have.

      Cons

      I do think decision making could be improved since usually there are too many people involved and it can make roles confusing.
