to help the most vulnerable in places where there is great need and not only help them with health, education and have a better life, but also share the Word of God and give them hope through Jesus Christ and receive a salary for doing this, medical insurance for me and my family, pension or retirement fund, 24 weeks for maternity, vacations to be with the family, etc.

Cons

seasons where there are extended hours due to the need in the communities, in an emergency situation I work without hours helping the affected people.

Religion mixed with work Nepotism Too high administration costs and its money that does not go to those in need Lack of psychological safety lack of a clear line regarding certain human rights such as the work with sexual minorities
