      My Supervisor asked me to do my annual evaluation but did not talk about my performance. While they make you pray before, during and at the end of each working day; there is an incessant search to climb positions in the administrative structure. There are people who will do anything to bring others down with the blessing of top management.

      With support from WV Global, resources and support are plentiful. WV has a clear vision, mission and mid-term goals, which makes campaigning more effective.

      Cons

      Sometimes, the ethos within the office does not match that of WV Global which can be difficult to maneouvre.
