      Staff are not compansated competetivly. Other INGOs pay reasonable salaries in Sri Lanka

      Pros

      Just the best organisation I've ever worked for. So professional, so driven, great strategy, great atmosphere. Even during high pressure times, there's a lot of concern for an individual's well being. Amazing opportunities.

      Cons

      Really hard to find one, but if you aren't comfortable about overtly Christian people, this isn't the place for you. Also if you like small organisations, this also isn't for you.
