Outdated, at times unhealthy company culture

Pros

Hybrid working model for many; some great professionals working there.

Cons

An HR department that is stuck in the past, unable (and possibly sometimes unwilling) to do proper HR management. The attitude often is: "Be happy you still have a job." That reflects in the entire organizational culture becoming overly competitive, chaotic and exploitative. Salaries are less and less market conform. Managers often lack people management and organizational skills. Zero investment in team building.
