Pros

lots of freedom to initiate new projects on political lobbying, networking options, remote work possible, international organization with co working options on various initiatives and projects

Cons

strategy of the work progress very chaotic, not aligned within company, very hierarchical, toxic working culture, very 'political' hierarchical working culture, most of activities in the team seem pointless without any goal, clear direction or aim; just self performance of each and every single team member; no cooperative working mentality, staff members seem to work against each other instead of with each other
