Pros

Every Other Friday off. Good vacation and benefits

Cons

VERY clique oriented. Managers have poor management skills and projects take forever to develop. Operates like a government job where the priority is to do what they have always done. There are two groups there, those that have been there forever and those that stay for a year or two and leave.

Pros

Seriously flexible with hours and work life balance. The benefits were wonderful and the people were amazing!

Cons

There were too many levels of management and it was very difficult to connect with the senior staff.

Pros

We have off every other Friday and most management is really laid-back and flexible about time off. I never feel like I have to worry about annual leave because I always have time. People are generally very nice and committed to saving the environment in their private lives as well so the culture is great.

Cons

Not much in terms of upward mobility which has been a criticism of the company for some time, especially people starting out on the lower rungs. Pay isn't great, but maybe that's just for my position. No tuition help but it's still so competitive that you pretty much need a Master's to move up in any way, and that's still not a promise that you'll get a promotion.
