Pros

The best reasons tow work here is because they people are very friendly, and the company cares about work - life balance.

Cons

Probably the downside to working here is that the pay is not so good because it is an NGO, and also the work can be sometimes boring.

Pros

Supervisors are very supportive, everyone is pretty laid back, casual dress code for most employees. The HQ is LEED platinum, so the company is environmentally friendly from the ground up.

Cons

LOTS of vegetarians. This is not the place to go to discuss the awesome time you had at Ultimate BBQ Festival 2011. And the lower cubicles, while letting in lots of light, lead to lots of awkward eye contact.
