Pros

Many interesting tasks, professional team, big name, chance to make difference, good health insurance, opportunities to take prof courses and participate in the conferences at the expense of the company

Cons

The only growth you got is in the amount of responsibilities that does not come with any promotion. The company does not encourage promotion conversation and has no clear transparent system on how to achieve it. People got shamed for bringing that up, everyone is supposed to work for the idea of a big greater good. A lot of connection with industry, which does not play well in conservation. Bad management
