1. Pune office is dominated by Mumbai office. 2. As this is supporting office for Mumbai so they feed very less quality of work to pune office. 3. Some seniors are learn from Juniors and in meeting they will take advantage. 4. No any appreciation for pune people. HOD will only focus to the Mumbai people technical growth.
