Work-life balace is good. Colleague don't usually book meeting when it's time for kids pick up.
Cons
You are given a lot of responsibilities to sign and check documents, be involved in Vendor meetings, attend Client meetings, but still being paid like an Engineer 1/2. There is no desire from the company to help you progress in your career and/ or get you to a managerial role.
