      Pros

      flexible work environment. you can find a good work life balance here. relationship between employee are easy. Will have chance to work in different location around the world.

      Cons

      For engineers, it may be a little stress when the project is under push. And the business something rely too much on our clients' business performance. So sometime very busy, sometime overhead all week.

      If you are a localite, it is good t be here. Work for offshore projects

      No engineering projects Always drafting work, Process engineers becomes draft checkers of P&ID. management is unprofessional Offloading work from others HR is smart in saving money by cheating employees. In Nut shell, Third grade engineering happens here and not good for engineers

      Pros

      I worked for more than 5 years in this company , They paid me becouse I made money for them. After making a lot of mistakes client canceled most of projects and Worleyparsons laid off many of emploees.

      Cons

      If you don't have job charge to charge client you will be out for sure .
