flexible hours, good work/life balance. large company means opportunities nationally and globally. Nice office location. Opportunities to work on projects across a variety of industries - Hydrocarbons, mining, power etc.

Cons

Difficult market conditions in recent years have led to a decline in staff morale, salaries and the amount of projects and therefore opportunities have decreased.
