I was given the opportunity of lead role which was excellent. Budget for training sometimes it is less. I was given handsome salary raise.

Cons

When projects are slowdown, not sure of the next assignment. It helped management to restructure itself & be competitive.

4-10 work schedule, great benefits - 401k immediate vesting and 4 weeks vacation after a year

Cons

No structure to performance review or raises. Good ole boy system, those who are liked are promoted. Office safety is exaggerated.
