Cosyn technology offers a good balance of professional and personal advancement opportunities as well as company-sponsored recreational and social activities geared towards the uplift of the employee's general welfare.

Cons

The only down side to Cosyn's otherwise impeccable employee-relation record is its recent change of policy towards sending Canadian jobs outside of Canada - to China and India. In these times of job scarcity, this policy is truly counter-productive.
