      Poor Department Managers

      Pros

      Large company employing lot of people. Used to be a great place to work. Had great environment. Company is moving towards right direction by re-structuring.

      Cons

      Poor Manager and Performance Review System. Department Managers have un-reasonable powers and influence to make or break your career..Employees are retained because of relations with Department manager, NOT by their performance. Senior and employees who were focussed only towards progress are either leaving or are being bothered by their Immediate managers to leave. Most of the good employees have already left the company or are looking around.
