Excellent company to work with when you are junior or mid level.

Pros

Exposure to world class projects and dealing with big clients. Fun office environment. Excellent learning opportunities.

Cons

Poor compensation , the location I worked at (UAE) had a high turnover of staff which was a direct result of poor pay. Job security was another area for concern, if the work starts to run dry they instantly let people go. Retention of quality staff is not high on their list of priorities.

Nothing. They seem to have a large portfolio of work, Christ knows how.

Cons

I worked on an EPCM with these clowns, 90% of the people on the project have left or were sacked and they were good people, while the senior managers retained they're positions. Management have zero interest in personnel. They promote transparency, but don't practice it. Not a good company to work for.

WP offers great salaries and great 401k

Cons

Seems like WP gets out bid for new projects most of the time locally in Houston, so have to let good quality people go due to no work coming in.
