      Ethical behaviour of senior location leaders

      Pros

      Company talks a good game; but follow through is not achieved unless it is client paying for the effort.

      Cons

      In reality the company treats individuals as disposable widgets, concerned mainly with billable hours. Employee surveys would be better replace with honest face to face discussions. In some locations, the senior location managers are entirely unethical and attempt to rule by fear. There are however some examples of highly ethical indic ideals , sadly the individual that I reference has retired.

      Pros

      Some great people. Steady amount of work. Somewhat flexible work hours.

      Cons

      Most of the work is not challenging. No room for advancement within the company. Strong culture of Nepotism. Fractured management (old HG guys vs new WP guys). Extremely weak and unresponsive middle management. Employee requests fall on deaf ears.
