- good work life balance -if from engineering background excellent place to work -large scale international projects -competitive wage structure

Cons

-poor communctiation from management -short term focus rather than long term sucess -work generally quite mundane -no motivation to stricve for sucess, many employees simply happy to "do the minimum" -dont regard training as important, happy to have a minimal level of training

It's a very relaxed working environment, sometimes the clients can be overzealous besides that people are easy to get a along with, they have co-ed softball a picnic, christmas party....Good pay.

Cons

Some managers are really incompetent, at times there is little to know communication until the client is breathing down managments back.
