Pros

Hard to find one, maybe the pay, but in the current market you can do as well elsewhere

Cons

They will drop you like a brink as soon as your project need is gone, they do not care about maintaining long term employees, trust me I have been at this company >20yrs and was about to be laid off until I found a new position myself, with no help from my line manager. Very limited career or salary growth

Pros

Work life balance is ok

Cons

One of the lowest pension schemes. Holiday and public holidays are combined, you'll likely be working more than 8 hour days so the company pinches a few hours of your annual leave. Other similar cost cutting measures are the norm, TOIL instead of overtime, bonuses might exist at high level but most people won't ever see one.

Pros

The local team is great and all the staff are friendly and professional.

Cons

Everyone is overworked and the company only cares about cutting costs. I wouldn’t recommend anyone work here during this transitional phase where they are outsourcing everything in every department it seems like.
