      - Lots of pressure regarding billable hours, more so than a lot of consultancies. No billable hours means redundancy will come fast for you - Small budgets, allocated resources and time frames for projects. - Bonus incentives for management to send work to India to keep costs 'low' regardless of quality or execution. Means you as the technical lead will need to stay up to the wee hours to deal with often frustrating India office. - Company is making attempts to diversify but their main source of revenue comes from oil and gas which is slowly a dying industry as renewables take over. - No guidance or direction from upper management or executive staff who only seem interested in collecting their annual bonuses or stock compensations.
