Work life balance and great exposure to international projects. As a junior you will get to work with people who have valuable experience in the industry and they will help you out with any tasks required.

Cons

May be difficult for a fresher to get involved in important tasks at initial 1-2 years. Knowledge limit will be challenged.

There are not many at the moment other than there are some great people. Sadly, these are being drowned out by the bad.

Cons

Do not care about their people. Salaries are no longer competitive, neither are benefits packages. Ruthless, narcissistic, egomaniac, toxic work environment.
