WorleyParsons (NOT the Worey now) works like a family....until being "Taken Over". WorleyParsons work together to solve a problem rather than trying to snatch an opportunity within the same company.

Cons

Used to be a good place to work until the "take over" and former staff of WorleyParsons were asked to leave Too many "Yes" man in the management who are afraid to voice their opinion
